there’s a character named leo who’s named leon in japanese. there’s another character in another game named leon who’s named leo in japanese. theres a third character named lyon, just to fuck with you. there’s a character named leonie
leon neé leo was probably renamed leon because they didn’t want there to be two characters in english named leo, but there are also two separate characters named selena in english. also leo neé leon is clearly named after leon trotsky. his brother’s japanese name is marx
