listen I don’t really know much about fallout or fallout: equestria but it’s really fucking funny how the latter manages to completely eschew the mood of both of its source materials by being WHOOOOAAA DARK AND EDGY THE BRUTALITY OF THE POST APOCALYPSE when. from what I’ve seen fallout is just dick jokes interspersed with some guns SOMETIMES and maybe also clipping through the floor

In the original sotry, Kkat took a setting, and made a wonderful adventure story, wich has some dark spots, but wich main focus is adventure. Other people choose to go trhough different paths. Some more edgy, some as comical, like the dark comedies of CaptainHoers. Taking a setting, and using to create new stories and universe, is what fanfiction is for.
