HEY if you see that extra color cone post going around, it’s BULLSHIT. Some people do indeed have a fourth cone, allowing them to see past the normal visible spectrum of light, but looking at the provided image WON’T be able to determine if you have an extra cone or not.
Being able to see all the colors in that image is dependant on your monitor’s color settings and whether or not you have the typical three cones. By nature any color able to be displayed by a NORMAL computer monitor will be in the NORMAL visible spectrum.
tl;dr: tumblr at it again and you probably don’t have a fourth cone sorry
